Radu lives in Moldova, the poorest country in Europe. He is 13 years old and lives with his mother and sisters. They don't have a father to care for them.
When a local believer in their village invited Radu to join a Bible study group, Radu eagerly accepted. He studied God’s Word with his new friends, using materials provided by Reach A Village’s ministry partners. Soon, his younger sisters began coming with him for Bible study lessons.
At home, their mother was losing control. His youngest sister suggested that their mother turn to Jesus for help. Instead of yelling at them, she went into the other room and began praying to Jesus.
